TSS does not currently offer telephone support. However, we do respond to all tickets withing 10 minutes of them being submitted. We also monitor our helpdesk 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All of our staff members work remotely from their homes in different geographic locations around the United States, so having centralized phone support is not feasible for us. Also, we feel that it is important all of our staff are on the same page. That's why we keep a log of all chat and helpdesk communication for later reference. That way if the person who helped you originally isn't available, other staff members will have the information they need to assist. This results in faster and more accurate support.
