How to Auto Install and Configure your SSL Certificate

After purchasing a GeoTrust, RapidSSL or Thawte SSL certificate from us, you will need to configure and install the SSL order.  Heres how:

1) Log into your cpanel account.  (If you are on a dedicated server, Cloud, or VPS plan. please be sure to log in using the cpanel username/password rather than using the root login details.)

2) Click on "AutoInstall SSL" (If you are on a dedicated server, cloud, or vps plan, this feature may not be installed by default.  Please enter a ticket if you don't have this feature available.) :

3) Enter the "Token Code" and "Token ID" (This information should have been emailed to you after your order was placed. You may also look it up in billing if needed.):

4) Select the appropriate domain from the dropdown menu, then click "Verify Token" (Most certs should use the www. for generation.  This will allow the certificate to use both the domain as well as the www subdomain.  If you are generating the cert for a different subdomain such, or, please unselect this option):

5) Fill in the appropriate contact information, then click on "Activate and Install SSL Certificate":

6) Allow the system to verify your information and install the certificate for you:

7) If you have any questions, or if you run into any trouble, please enter a ticket for additional assistance.
