Creating a MYSQL database backup in phpMyAdmin

1) Log into cPanel

2)  Click on phpMyAdmin:

3) In the left column, you'll see a list of your databases.  Click on the appropriate one:

4) Click on the "Export" tab at the top:

5) Select the export method you wish to use, then click on go:

6) The database backup will be downloaded to your computer.
