How do I find my root password?

1) Log into your billing account:

2) Click on the "Services" tab at the top, then click on the "My Services" dropdown option

3) Click on the "Active" button next to your VPS, Cloud, or Dedicated Server:

4) You may view your root login details under the "Manage Your Server" section by clicking on the Show button from this page:

  • Root logins are only available for VPS, Cloud, or Dedicated Server clients
  • If you change your root password, please update us accordingly so we have your information on file
