How do I enter a ticket?

1) Log into your client area: :

2) At the top, click on the option "Open Ticket":

3) Select the appropriate department.  (When in doubt, Technical Support is a good choice):

4) Finally, just fill out the information, then click to submit the ticket:

*Please note:
If you have multiple unrelated problems, we recommend entering a separate ticket for each issue.
Entering more than one ticket for the SAME problem does NOT help expedite a resolution.
