How do I respond to an existing ticket?

If you already have a ticket open on an issue, we ask that you please respond to the existing ticket for fastest response times.  Here's how you'd do that:

1) Log into your client area:  :

2) Click on the "Support" tab at the top, then click on the "Tickets" dropdown option:

3) From here, you'll see a list of existing tickets.  Click on "View Ticket" next to the one you'd like to respond to:

4) From here, you may read previous ticket responses as needed.  Then click on "Reply":

5) Finally, just fill out the response, then click to submit the ticket:

*Please note that if a ticket is closed prematurely, or if it needs to be revisited, simply responding to a ticket put it back in the queue for a response.
