How do I access my cPanel control panel?

Standard, E-Commerce, and Virtual Private Server (VPS) customers have the cPanel Hosting Control Panel installed and available by default. You may also choose to have cPanel installed on your dedicated server for an additional monthly fee.

Standard and E-Commerce Web Hosting customers may access their cPanel interface using the following URL format:

Where "" is the primary domain name associated with your web hosting package. The user name and password for your cPanel can be found in your client area, or in the welcome mail you received when you purchased hosting from us.

VPS and dedicated hosting customers who have cPanel installed may access the Web Host Manager (WHM) using the following URL:


Where "hostname-or-ip-address" is the server hostname or primary IP address. This information was provided to you when you purchased your VPS or dedicated server. It may also be located in your client area.
