Sometimes outlook email client users will have an issue with the "enter network password" box appearing in their email client, usually this occurs after a password change or changing the mail server names for security reasons.
Sinces its actually an issue with outlook itself, due to the way it stores password information in the registry the outlook settings will need to be removed and recreated.
To resolve the "enter network password" issue please follow these steps:
1.) Open your outlook email client and go to tools - accounts
2.) Once there delete the email account having the "enter network password" issue.
3.) Then recreate the account settings and make sure you use the new servers hostname as the mail server address if you are configuring this account to work with tls/ssl.
Then the "enter network password" issue should go away.
