Mail bounced: Exceeded 400 per hour

Total Server Solutions operates an email policy on all shared servers.

On all shared hosting accounts, there is a 400 email sending limit per hour. Incoming mail is not limited.  In the event that you were to send out more than 400 per hour, you will receive a bounce email from the server with the reason "Exceeded 400 per hour". This bounce is from the server, and the client(s) emailed did not receive the email.

If you need to send out more than 400 in an hour, moving to a VPS or dedicated server is suggested. At this time, we are unable to provide any "special circumstance" setting changes in order to send out more than 400 in an hour, so please plan your email sending accordingly.
