Is the billing system secure at Total Server Solutions?

From time to time we get questions from our users asking if the billing system here at Total Server Solutions is secure since when they initially go to the site the link is in http and not https.

The system here at TSS IS secure.  When you go to enter a ticket, or log into the billing system, the URL changes from http (which is the default due to the knowledgebase articles etc) and changes to https (so that information entered is secure).

If you have any doubt as to whether the site is in https mode or not, you can check the URL at the top of the page, or look for the "little gold lock" on the page to show that the page is encrypted.

The billing, support and order systems at TSS all use HTTPS (SSL Encryption) when entering details.
