Maximum excution time reached when removing a Fantastico Script

Maximum excution time reached when removing a Fantastico Script.  This can only be resolved by a system admin with ROOT access to the server.

Sometimes when removing scripts from Fantastico (in cPanel) an alert pops up saying that the "Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded" line.  To resolve this you need to change the value in cPanel for the MAX_EXECUTION_TIME.  Note that you are changing the cPanel execution time, not the regular php.ini which would affect all users and their scripts.  This change will only affect cPanel, WHM, Fantastico and any other script that is installed by third parties for cPanel.

1) Access the server via Shell (SSH) as root
2) Open this file to edit: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
3) Find the line "max_execution_time" and change to 300 seconds rather than the default of 30 seconds
4) Save and exit.

This will now allow you to remove the file through the cPanel system using the Fantastico DeLuxe Uninstall feature.
