How to add Total Server Solutions to the Hotmail Whitelist

Sometimes Hotmail may mark messages as junk mail even though they're not really junk mail (they may have some words that trigger the filters with Hotmail).

You can edit the whitelist on your Hotmail account which will prevent the automatic deletion of certain emails.

1) Click on "Options" on the right side of hotmail page (beside the HELP link).
2) Click on the first link "Junk E-Mail Protection".
3) Click on the "Safe List" (usually 4 or 5 links down on the page)

Just type in the email addresses or the domain name which you want to protect against being deleted. For us, enter "" and that now makes sure our messages are not marked as junk for any reason. From what we could find out, the safelist will support up to 200 addresses (and/or domains). Possibly more with the PAID accounts, but with the free version of hotmail, you should be able to support that many.
